    Research Focus: Genome Modelling

    Ghana Challa is a postdoctoral research associate focusing on the bioinformatic analysis of gene expression and the modeling gene regulatory networks. He received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biotechnology from Andhra University, India. He received his Doctoral degree in Biological Sciences from South Dakota State University with dissertation on transcriptome and genome analysis in wheat root development using high-throughput sequencing. He is postdoctoral research associate with ISEE working Dr. Marshall-Colon.
