The accurate reconstruction of crops in silico will require an architecture to integrate models across different biological scales.  Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) is used to queue and route messages between models of varying levels of complexity that have different runtimes and computing needs.To support direct access by science users, we are building an interactive browser-based interface to visualize networks, graphs, and plant growth.  Yggdrasil is the framework created to connect scientific models across languages and scales.
